Yonda is the perfect blend of a fun communal feel, small class training (which means great one to one advice and support), and working with each individual to challenge them, but also support with adaptations if needed.
One of the reasons I have never stuck to going to the gym is being put off by egos and feeling judged; I have never felt this way at Yonda, everyone is so supportive and always lift each other up, no matter what level you are at.
Classes are a max of 6 people and I was surprised to find that they run even if you are the only one that has booked! We always have a laugh which is a big bonus for me.
Another huge plus are the in house sports rehab and sports injury experts Jenny and Sian. They are always happy to give an in depth look at any aches and pains you might be having for no extra cost.
I have already exceeded what I thought I was capable of physically and I'm only just over a month in.
I can't recommend it highly enough!!
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
